Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads for holographic films, holographic products, metallized PET films, metallized release films, transfer metallized products, HRI films, and other specialty packaging solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and decision-makers in target industries.
Reach out to prospective customers through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, application suitability, and business potential.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases, CRM records, and lead pipelines.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up on inquiries received through exhibitions, website, digital campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely conversion of leads into business opportunities.




Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, new product developments, and industry trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities, prospect status, and conversion ratios.

Solid telephone and email communication abilities.

Valuable presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

Ability to research markets and identify business opportunities.
