Educational Qualifications
Candidates with any one of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
LL.B. with an HR Diploma or relevant HR qualification/MCom(HRM)
MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Hospital Administration (HA)
MA in Human Resource Management / HR-related discipline
MSW – Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM & IR)
MA in Psychology with specialization or exposure to Organizational Behaviour (OB)
Relevant HR certifications are CIPD, SHRM, PGD HR ,HR Analytics (IIM) or equivalent skilled qualifications
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and generalist functions.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and employee relations.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
Ability to manage HR documentation, policies, audits and disciplinary procedures.
Solid communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience in healthcare, hospitality or other structured service-sector organizations will be an advantage.
