Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution.
Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in M&A;, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a robust focus on particular sector of consumer or Industrial or Healthcare
Proven track record of successfully closing deals in the sector.
Robust financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
