Key Responsibilities:
Manage forward and reverse logistics for MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and accessories.
Coordinate device pickup, delivery, repair movement and loaner returns.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners and track shipments.
Maintain serial number, asset ID, AWB, pickup/delivery and POD records.
Monitor logistics SLA and proactively follow up on delays.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, warehouse and support teams.
Prepare daily/weekly logistics and pending shipment reports.
Ensure proper chain of custody and secure handling of Apple devices.
Valuable communication, robust follow-up, Excel/Google Sheets, shipment tracking, asset management and ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
