Role Overview

As an HR Intern at Zepcruit, students will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations while supporting the growth of our AI-driven recruitment platform. Interns will work in a fast-paced startup setting, assisting with hiring, candidate experience, and internal HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria such as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule AI-based interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates.




Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.
Support the HR team with end-to-end hiring coordination, documentation, and follow ups.
Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.

Skills Required
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Willingness to learn and adapt to HR technologies and AI-based hiring tools Internship
