Role Purpose

This role is essentially a Finance Business Partner / FP&A; Lead for Global Operations Finance with a robust focus on manufacturing operations, financial planning, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Financial Planning & Analysis
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and business variances.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Continuously improve forecasting and planning processes.

Reporting & Month-End Close
Lead monthly book close activities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
Coordinate reporting requirements and ensure adherence to reporting calendars.
Support ad hoc reporting requests.

Business Partnering
Partner with Site Functional Leaders, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance teams.




Collaborate with Corporate FP&A; to meet reporting deadlines and expectations.
Drive financial performance, accountability, and business outcomes.

Manufacturing & Operations Finance
Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
Work with Planning and Supply Chain teams to improve financial performance.
Support capital project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Governance & Process Management
Act as the key finance contact for Shared Service Centre activities.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Work with IT teams on financial systems and reporting enhancements.
