Company Overview A rapidly growing, professionally managed fashion retail organization with a solid multi-location presence across India. The company is undergoing a transition from traditional HR processes to a more structured, technology-enabled and data-driven HR function.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Corporate HR function across multiple retail locations, driving HR strategy, governance and organizational effectiveness.
Own HR operations including Payroll, HRMS, policies, processes, compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
Drive HR digital transformation and HRMS implementation, including process standardization, SOPs, system migration, automation and analytics.
Lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and L&D;, including workforce planning,



critical hiring, PMS, capability building and succession planning.
Build robust HR dashboards and MIS covering manpower, attrition, hiring, productivity, performance and manpower cost.

Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a lead/corporate HR role.
Experience in fashion, apparel or retail is preferred.
Robust exposure to HRMS implementation, HR digital transformation, payroll, PMS, L&D;, TA, HR policies and compliance.
Should have experience in transforming HR from an unstructured/traditional setup to a more organized and technology-led function.
Solid HR analytics, governance, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
Experience managing multi-location HR operations and working closely with senior leadership.
