– HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
Assist with preparing and maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and administrative activities.
Maintain recruitment and employee databases with accurate information.
Prepare basic HR reports and trackers as required.
Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Valuable verbal and written communication.
