Role Description The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and pursuing new business prospects to support the company’s growth in digital services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and building solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The role involves presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The specialist will also support customer inquiries, follow up on campaigns,



and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications
Ability to apply strong analytical skills and conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Demonstrated communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, client presentations, and professional follow-ups.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with a focus on converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Customer service mindset, with skills in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Familiarity with sales or business development processes in digital marketing, IT services, or related industries is preferred.
Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
