Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, layouts and design plans.
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space planning and 3D visualization.
Produce technical drawings and working details in AutoCAD or similar software.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.
Make site visits to monitor progress, quality control and resolve in office challenges.
Communicate effectively with clients for design presentations and feedback.
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations in interior architecture.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of rendering software like Lumion/Enscape is a plus.
Robust design sensibility with attention to detail and materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
