Job Title: ServiceNow QA / Test Automation Engineer

Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Selenium, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Build and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
Develop automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
Validate implementations across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution
Perform API testing using REST/SOAP tools (Postman or similar)
Ensure data integrity and validate integrations with external systems




Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
Prepare test reports and quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in QA/testing with ServiceNow platform exposure
Robust expertise in:
ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
Experience in manual and automation testing
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred; others are a plus)
Robust understanding of SDLC and STLC
Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM preferred)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, etc.)
Familiarity with Performance Testing tools (JMeter or similar)
Understanding of ITIL processes
