Discovery Data Analysis and Cleanup.
Device-Based Product & Entitlement Management.
SaaS Product Onboarding and Management.

Data Quality Management and Governance.
Report and Dashboard Design.
Stakeholder Management and Business Requirement Gathering.
Functional Solution Design and Process Improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead entitlement cleanup, normalization, and discovery data remediation activities.
Improve data quality, governance, and software asset management processes within SAMPro.
Manage entitlement records, product onboarding, and consumption analysis.
Define onboarding strategies and rollout plans for SaaS and non-SaaS products.
Serve as the functional SME for business and technology stakeholders.
Gather requirements and design functional solutions for licensing and asset management challenges.
Drive report development, dashboard enhancements, and operational improvements.
Support enterprise integrations and workflow optimization initiatives.
Provide implementation guidance, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge-sharing activities.
