We are looking for an HR professional with prior Forex/Broker industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new employees as per company requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.
Ensure proper office discipline and decorum.
Maintain a qualified and positive work environment.
Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and HR-related matters.
Handle day-to-day employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements
Prior experience in the Forex / Forex Broker / Trading industry is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust recruitment and people-management skills.
Ability to independently manage HR operations.
Skilled attitude and strong understanding of office discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
