Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection needs.
Present suitable life insurance solutions and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling prospects.
Ensure timely policy issuance and complete documentation.
Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth policy processing.
Provide post-sales service and resolve customer queries.
Follow all IRDAI and company compliance guidelines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Direct Sales, CASA, Loans, or Financial Products.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Local market knowledge preferred.
