Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, primarily for lead generation.
Handle BFSI campaigns across loans, insurance, fintech, lending and financial products.
Own the funnel from lead generation through CPL, lead quality and conversions.
Optimize campaigns across budgets, audiences, creatives and performance.
Work with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.
Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
Be comfortable managing campaigns across BFSI and other industries.

Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Robust BFSI lead-generation experience.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Robust understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR and lead quality.
Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Agency experience preferred.
