Role & responsibilities
Process learning: Interns will gain practical knowledge of core manufacturing operations, equipment handling, and workflow management.
Process optimisation: They will support ongoing projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.
Specialised areas: Each intern will be assigned to one or two specific domains (e.g., machining, assembly, quality control, or materials management) to develop deeper expertise.
Hands-on exposure: Active participation in shop-floor activities, data collection, and analysis to understand real-world challenges.
