Preparing Information Memorandums (IMs)
Creating teasers and marketing materials
Company and industry research & analysis
Financial and business data analysis
Managing and leveraging databases such as Capital IQ, Mergermarket, and similar platforms
Comparable company and transaction analysis
Who Should Apply?
Robust in financial analysis and research
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Comfortable working on multiple transactions and tight timelines
Robust in Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in preparing high-quality client-facing deliverables
