Key Responsibilities
Process and validate capital market transactions within defined timelines.
Support trade settlements for equity, debt, derivatives, and other market products.
Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
Coordinate with brokers, custodians, depositories, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions and settlement breaks.
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Basic understanding of capital markets and financial products preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills will be an advantage.
