PREFERENCE: Events, Travel and Hotel industry
What You Will Do
• Generate your own leads via personal network, referrals, and direct outreach
Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value event and wedding contracts independently
Convert enquiries into signed contracts with advance payments
Own deals end-to-end from first conversation to closure
Deliver committed monthly and annual revenue numbers
What You Must Have
• 7–12+ years in Corporate events / weddings / experiential / luxury services sales
Proven history of self-sourced, self-closed deals
Experience closing large-ticket projects
Solid presence, communication, and negotiation skills
High comfort with targets, pressure, and accountability
Who Should NOT Apply
• Sales managers who only manage teams
Specialists dependent on marketing or inbound leads
Candidates without personal closures to show
Anyone uncomfortable with performance-linked compensation
If you’re not comfortable with odd working hours and extensive travelling
If you can’t travel to our office in Chhatarpur
