Looking for specialists from Network Operations, NOC, Service Assurance, and Service Transition backgrounds who are passionate about automating operational processes and improving service delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Automate operational workflows across incident and event management.
Build intelligent alarm correlation and incident enrichment solutions.
Develop workflow automation for escalation, communication, and reporting.
Integrate monitoring and ITSM platforms.
Automate operational runbooks and service transition processes.
Improve MTTR and operational efficiency through automation.
Required Skills
Experience in NOC, CNOC, Service Assurance, ITSM, or Service Operations.
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Scripts, RPA, or Workflow Automation tools.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Understanding of Incident Management, Event Management, and SLA processes.
Exposure to AIOps and Event Correlation solutions is preferred.
