Solution Architecture & Strategy
Define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI solutions.
Lead discovery workshops and convert business requirements into AI-powered solution architectures.
Design enterprise-scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and multi-agent ecosystems.
Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.

AI Agent Design & Development Oversight
Architect intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Define agent orchestration, conversation flows, prompts, actions, plugins, connectors, and knowledge sources.
Guide development teams in implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Review and approve technical designs and deployment strategies.

Enterprise Integration
Design integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and custom enterprise applications.
Define API management and authentication strategies using Microsoft Entra ID.
Architect integrations leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform connectors.
