Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Creo / Surface Modelling

:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with robust experience in PTC Creo and surface modelling to support motorcycle component and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced 3D CAD models using PTC Creo, with solid focus on surface modelling.
Design and develop motorcycle components and assemblies.
Support motorcycle packaging and component integration activities.
Create and maintain engineering drawings as per BS 8888 standards.
Apply GD&T; principles and manufacturing tolerances.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and engineering validation.
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Perform engineering calculations and support technical feasibility assessments.




Support engineering change management and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure designs meet performance, quality, cost, manufacturability and project timing targets.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo.
Valuable experience in Creo surface modelling.
Mechanical/product design experience.
Experience in automotive/motorcycle component design is preferred.
Knowledge of GD&T; and tolerance stack-up.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of DFM and DFA.
