The Middle Office SME will lead oversight of trade capture, position management and lifecycle processing for alternative and traditional investments .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across custodians, prime brokers, and administrators.
Resolve breaks in trades, settlements, and valuations in coordination with counterparties.
Provide oversight of corporate actions, margin calls, and collateral management.
Partner with technology teams to enhance STP (straight-through processing) and reconciliation tools.
Develop KPIs and MIS dashboards for break analysis and operational risk.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years in middle office within asset management .
Knowledge of derivatives, private market transactions, and structured products .
Familiarity with systems like Aladdin, Geneva, Wall Street Office, TLM, or equivalent.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
