Principal Accountabilities:
Strategic:
Pleasant behaviour with patients, staff and colleagues

Clinical discussions in internal meeting.
Operational: A) In patient & ICU -
Thorough Assessment of the patient and discuss with consultant if and when needed.
Planning and providing the appropriate therapy to the patient
Educating the patient, patient attendant, nurse.
Documenting the patient details in IPD Register, billing and entering the clinical notes in the HIS
Ongoing communication with the HOD & / or the consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required.
Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening & Nights) are there.
