Responsibilities
Develop and review 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using Creo.
Design and develop engine and genset components/subsystems such as enclosures, skid structures, cooling systems, fuel systems, air intake, exhaust systems, brackets, covers, piping, and mounting structures.
Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, design calculations, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and engineering best practices.
Support engineering releases, change management, validation, testing, and issue resolution activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Participate in design reviews,



prototype builds, validation activities, and continuous product improvements.
Senior/Lead engineers will drive subsystem ownership, mentor junior engineers, and support technical decision-making.

Skills/Experience Required
Proficiency in Creo
Solid knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing processes
Experience in 3D Modeling, 2D Drawings, and BOM Management
Hands-on experience with Sheet Metal, Fabricated Structures, Castings, Machined Components, and Welded Assemblies
Knowledge of Tolerance Stack-up, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and Design Calculations
Understanding of Product Development and Engineering Change Management
