Strong hands-on experience in bottling/packaging machinery and plant maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pneumatic systems, valves,
compressors and process equipment.
Experience in preventive/predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Valuable understanding of TPM, RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone and reliability improvement.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work closely with Production and other cross-functional teams.
Willingness to take ownership and work in a high-output, 247 manufacturing environment.
