- Overview & Responsibilities / Job Role Overview: Provide hands-on R2R process expertise for close, reconciliations, journals, intercompany, reporting, controls, and deployment readiness.
- Role Mandate: Act as the process bridge between business owners, consulting leads, technology teams, and delivery squads to validate future-state R2R design and execution.
- Candidate Profile Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong hands-on R2R process knowledge across month-end close, account reconciliations, journals, intercompany, reporting, and balance-sheet substantiation.
- Control-oriented mindset with attention to evidence, approvals, segregation of duties, policy adherence, and audit readiness.
- Ability to work with business process owners, consulting leads, technology teams, and delivery squads to validate future-state process design.
- Robust documentation capability across SOPs, process maps, control points, business requirements, and user acceptance scenarios.




- Problem-solving orientation with ability to identify standardisation, automation, cycle-time reduction, and data-quality improvement opportunities.
- Domain and Technology Skillset Required: Month-end close, balance-sheet substantiation, account reconciliations, journal governance, intercompany, financial reporting, ERP finance, BlackLine, Trintech, Cadency, SAP, or Oracle.
- Driving Transformation: Identify process standardisation, automation, cycle-time reduction, data quality, and control improvement opportunities.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to R2R SOPs, process-control matrices, close acceleration assets, and reconciliation improvement playbooks.

Experience Expected: 8–10 years of experience in R2R operations, finance transformation, controllership support, shared services, ERP finance, or reconciliation platforms
