Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
- Prepare and work with BOQ and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, reinforcement, and bar bending drawings.
- Prepare and maintain estimation sheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Use AutoCAD to read and review construction drawings.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in quantity estimation and quantity take-offs.
- Strong understanding of BBS and reinforcement drawings.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic AutoCAD skills for reading construction drawings.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience working on government projects or projects for government departments will be preferred.
Qualification: Any educational qualification is acceptable, provided the candidate has the required relevant experience and technical skills.
