Role Description The Quality Engineer at VARUN INDUSTRIES will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving product and process quality on a daily basis. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves conducting inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

The Quality

Engineer will investigate nonconformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production, design, and supply chain teams. The role includes maintaining quality documentation, supporting certification and regulatory compliance, and using quality tools and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to train personnel on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality across the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering, including the use of quality tools, methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspection, testing, and monitoring of products and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance, including documentation, audits, and compliance with standards and procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Product Quality, including specification review, defect analysis, and customer requirement alignment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) are beneficial.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or similar quality management systems, and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are important.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and exposure to quality-related software or statistical tools is an advantage.
