Role Description The Quality Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Narela Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across the production of EVA-moulded crocs, sandals, slippers and upper, sole of shoes ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, inspecting incoming materials and finished products, monitoring production lines, and documenting test results.

The Quality Control

Manager will investigate non-conformities, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with manufacturing,



procurement, and design teams to improve consistency and reduce defects. The role also involves training staff on quality guidelines, maintaining quality-related records, and supporting audits to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong background in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing, preferably in footwear, textiles, or consumer goods.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, testing procedures, and root cause analysis tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, checklists, and documentation for quality systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, procurement, and management teams.
- Ability to lead and train in office staff, manage teams, and coordinate multiple quality initiatives simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency with basic data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel or similar software).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to footwear or consumer products.
