Role Overview

- Total Open Positions: 5 (1 position per specialization)
- Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days (Immediate joiners will be given priority)

Position 1: QA - API Microservices Automation Test Engineer

- Focus Areas: Banking APIs and distributed services, REST/SOAP/gRPC contracts, gateway/BFF, authentication, schemas, idempotency, negative/resilience tests, events, mocks, and CI/CD regression.
- Preferred Tech Stack: Java or JS/TS coding, REST Assured, Postman, WireMock, Kafka/event testing, SQL, and log/trace analysis.

Position 2: QA - Payments UPI Test Engineer

- Focus Areas: Minimum 3 years of payments testing (direct UPI experience is mandatory for at least one selected resource). Covers UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, BBPS/cards, beneficiary management, limits, callbacks, status handling, timeouts, duplicates, reversals, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Preferred Tech Stack: NPCI ecosystem exposure, high-volume payment simulators, SQL reconciliation, and ISO 20022 awareness.

Position 3: QA - Core Banking Ecosystem Integration Test Engineer

- Focus Areas: CBS/core integration and multi-vendor banking ecosystem testing.

Covers

Finacle/CBS, LOS/LMS, CRM, DMS, AA, FRM, AML, rewards, third-party mapping, transformation, error propagation, retries, and audit logs.

- Preferred Tech Stack: REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, SQL, ESB/middleware logs, Account Aggregator FIP/FIU, and multi-system System Integration Testing (SIT).

Position 4: QA - Onboarding, KYC Customer Servicing Test Engineer

- Focus Areas: 3+ years in onboarding, KYC, account opening, or customer servicing.

Covers digital registration, identity setup, KYC/origination hand-offs, consent, profile, document flows, service requests, complaints, and workflow states.

- Preferred Tech Stack: LOS/KYC/DMS/CRM integration, UI/API automation, SQL, and UAT support.

Position 5: QA - Performance Reliability Test Engineer

- Focus Areas:



Performance testing of high-volume transaction platforms.

Covers load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, latency, throughput, auto-scaling, throttling, cache, database validation, failover, and Disaster Recovery (DR) validation.

- Preferred Tech Stack: JMeter, Gatling, or k6, APM tools, metrics/logs/traces, Kubernetes awareness, and banking workload modeling.

Common Requirements For All QA Resources

- Banking Channels: Experience in banking or regulated financial services (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, payment journeys, onboarding, or customer servicing).
- QA Lifecycle: Test planning, risk-based scenario design, test-case preparation, execution, evidence collection, defect lifecycle management, retesting, regression, traceability, UAT support, and closure.
- API Testing: Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and REST API validation.

REST Assured or equivalent automation experience is preferred.

- Automation Tools: Hands-on skills in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or equivalent. (TOSCA is an added advantage, not a substitute for core domain and testing capability).
- Architecture: Understanding of microservices, API gateways/BFF, event-driven integration, external dependencies, distributed logs/traces, and CI/CD-integrated testing.
- Management Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM or Zephyr, Git, CI/CD test execution, dashboards, and test-evidence management.
- Channels: Exposure to web, iOS/Android mobile, APIs, backend services, and end-to-end integrated journeys.
- Ways of Working: Agile/Scrum, story refinement, acceptance-criteria review, sprint ceremonies, defect triage, and cross-team coordination.
- Communication: Ability to communicate business impact, dependency ris k, test status, and release concerns to stakeholders, product, engineering, and control teams.
- Data Security: Responsible handling of test data, masking, evidence redaction, credentials, and sensitive banking information.
