Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance activities within the manufacturing operations. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, standards, and procedures for silicone coated release paper production.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will monitor process performance, conduct inspections and audits, investigate nonconformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating closely with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to ensure product consistency,



regulatory compliance, and customer specifications are met. The individual will also train team members on quality standards, prepare quality reports and documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards), quality control tools, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing quality assurance, preferably in paper, coatings, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of quality metrics to drive process improvements.
- Ability to conduct internal audits, manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and maintain regulatory and customer compliance.
- Solid understanding of production processes, materials, and equipment within industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Effective communication and people management skills, with experience leading or supervising quality teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Production, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced production setting.
