Role Description

We’re hiring a QA Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur.

You’ll test VirtualStation across web, mobile, and desktop applications, identify bugs and usability issues, document them clearly, and work closely with developers and designers to improve product quality.

What You’ll Do

Test web, mobile, and desktop applications across different user flows

Identify functional, UI/UX, usability, performance, and edge-case issues

Test virtual office/maps, avatars, meetings, chat, projects/tasks, tracking, and AI features

Perform regression and exploratory testing

Create clear bug reports with steps, screenshots/videos,



expected and actual results

Test across browsers, devices, screen sizes, and operating systems

Verify fixes before releases

Suggest product and usability improvements

What We’re Looking For

6 months to 2 years of QA/manual testing experience

Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of manual software testing and test case creation

Experience with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar tools

Ability to clearly document and reproduce bugs

Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and SDLC

Good written and verbal communication

User-focused mindset and willingness to test beyond the happy path

Good to Have

Basic Postman/API testing knowledge

Browser developer tools knowledge

Experience testing SaaS, real-time, audio/video, or collaboration products

Basic automation testing knowledge is a plus
