Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories for quality and defects.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of garment production, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Check garment measurements, fitting, stitching, embroidery, printing, colour, and finishing as per approved samples and specifications.
- Identify and report defects, and coordinate with production teams and vendors for corrective action.
- Ensure garments meet the required quality standards before final dispatch.
- Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and defect tracking sheets.
- Monitor rework and rejection rates and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and vendor teams to maintain consistent quality.
- Ensure proper handling and packing of finished garments





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate or Diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Experience in quality control within the garment or apparel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of women's ethnic wear, including kurtis, kurta sets, dresses, and other ethnic garments, will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of garment construction, stitching defects, measurements, and finishing standards.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in garment quality control is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
