Key Responsibilities

--------------

- Manage complete QA/QC activities for machine manufacturing.
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection.
-  Inspect fabrication, sheet metal, laser cutting, bending, machining, welding and assembly.
- Ensure quality as per drawings, dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
- Handle measuring instruments and calibration records.
- Conduct raw material and vendor inspections.
- Identify quality issues and implement RCA & CAPA.
- Control rejection, rework and quality-related issues.
- Develop inspection methods, gauges and fixtures.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Assembly and Vendors.
- Maintain NCR, inspection and quality documentation.
- Improve work processes, and use basic quality control methods.Support documentation and audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs and customer complaints.




- Ensure continuous quality improvement in manufacturing processes.Maintain daily production reports and manpower records.

Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of QA/QC, fabrication and machine parts.
- Experience in welding, sheet metal and assembly.
- Knowledge of inspection and measurement tools.
- Ability to handle manpower and production planning.
- Positive problem-solving and leadership skills.
