Education Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering

- Experience Required

- Minimum 1–2 years in Quality Assurance, Production, or Quality Control within manufacturing industries

- Key Skills

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

- Knowledge of GD&T; basics

- Proficient in using measuring instruments

- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools

- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram)

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements

- Solid documentation and reporting skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Preferred Experience

- Incoming inspection of castings, machined parts, bearings, shafts, and electrical components

- In-process inspection of machining and assembly operations

- Understanding of CMM reports and measurement records

- Knowledge of motor and gearbox quality requirements
