Dxbitz is an ERPNext implementation company serving businesses across the UAE and GCC. Our delivery team is based in India. We are an official Frappe Partner with 54+ go-lives in construction, trading, manufacturing, logistics and more.
We are looking for a sharp fresher to work directly with our founder. You will keep projects moving and help build how the company runs. This is not a back-office role. You will own real outcomes from week one.
What you will do
Be the first point of contact on client WhatsApp groups and our helpdesk. Reply fast, answer what you can, and route the rest to the right person with explicit details.
Make sure project timelines and trackers are kept up to date every week, and flag gaps early.
Track sprint progress and help find out why work slips.
Roll out current internal systems and processes. Set them up, train the team,
test them, and follow up until they stick.
Record short training videos for clients on ERPNext topics.
Who we are looking for
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Organised, reliable and quick to follow up
Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
Curious about how businesses run. ERP knowledge is a plus, not a must.
