You will build the interfaces for the websites, client portals and admin panels we ship: rapid, accessible, well-structured UI in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, working closely with the engineers building the APIs underneath.
What you will do
Turn designs and rough briefs into clean, responsive interfaces in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
Build and maintain reusable components that the rest of the team can build on.
Keep pages quick: sensible rendering choices, image and font loading, and no unnecessary client-side JavaScript.
Fix layout, accessibility and cross-browser issues as they come up.
Demo your work to clients every week and act on what you hear.
You might be a good fit if
You have built and shipped production interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
You have a valuable eye for spacing,
type and layout, even without a design file to follow exactly.
You care about accessibility and semantic HTML, not just how it looks.
You can work independently and communicate clearly in writing.
Nice to have
Experience with design systems or component libraries.
Experience with React Server Components or the Next.js App Router.
How we work
A remote-first team, working with clients in the US, UK and India.
We ship working software every week and show it to the client.
Clients own the source code and infrastructure we build, so we earn our next project by doing this one well.
