Review medication orders for accuracy, dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions.
Ensure the appropriate dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicines in accordance with applicable regulations.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.
Identify and escalate potential medication errors, contraindications, and prescription-related concerns.
Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy staff, and customer support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, dispensing activities, and customer queries.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
Handle customer queries related to medicines and their proper use.
Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive medical information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
