Project Manager – MEP Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹50,000/month – Negotiable Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP to plan, coordinate, and manage MEP projects from execution to completion.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage MEP projects, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Supervise MEP installation and project execution at site.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Requirements - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP/project management.
Solid knowledge of MEP project execution and site coordination.
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
