Company Description

We are a seed-stage, AI stealth startup building next-generation AI companions for Bharat, backed by leading investors. We are looking for a growth-driven Performance Marketing qualified who can take ownership of user acquisition, campaign optimization, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, understands consumer behavior and subscription economics, and thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment.

You will work closely with the founding team to scale growth through experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities
Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
Develop and optimize acquisition strategies focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, retention, and churn to identify growth opportunities
Optimize subscription funnels, paywalls, and trial-to-paid conversions to improve monetization
Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Leverage analytics tools such as GA4 and BigQuery to track attribution, cohort performance, and conversion metrics




Collaborate with product and creative teams to improve engagement, retention, and overall user experience
Identify and test new growth channels, including influencer marketing, organic acquisition, and emerging ad platforms
Build performance reports and forecasts to support data-driven marketing decisions

Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with consumer apps, subscription products, or e-commerce
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
Solid understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and subscription unit economics
Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, BigQuery, or similar platforms
Proven ability to analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates
Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an experimentation-driven mindset
Ability to take ownership, move quickly, and work effectively in a high-growth, early-stage startup
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
