We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing qualified with 5+ years of experience managing paid acquisition programs across India and international markets, particularly the US. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliate platforms.
The role requires solid expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, PPC optimization, budget management, lead generation and conversion improvement. The individual should be comfortable managing significant advertising spends and using data to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS and overall revenue contribution.
Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, remarketing, CRO and A/B testing is essential. Robust exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns, international markets, and collaboration with creative, content, technology and CRM teams is preferred.
