Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with robust technical leadership skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and building complex systems, data pipelines, and workflows, along with expertise in integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate high-throughput data calculation platforms.
Develop and maintain non-trivial pipelines and workflows end-to-end.
Work extensively with data-intensive libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Polars.
Build and manage REST services and relational/SQL databases.
Deploy and manage infrastructure in Linux environments, leveraging AWS and Docker.




Integrate LLMs and AI services into internal applications using APIs, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Apply AI-assisted development to enhance automation and accelerate workflows.
Review, optimize, and refactor large codebases in line with sound engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in Python development.
Strong background in system design and building scalable workflows.
Hands-on experience with cloud and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and up-to-date data platforms.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
