Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.
Maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain hiring trackers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
Solid experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles.
Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
