About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and provide accurate insights to support day-to-day business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
Maintain accurate records and databases in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Create and update dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Monitor key operational data and highlight discrepancies or gaps.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Generate reports related to sales, inventory, attendance, payroll, operations, and other business functions as required.
Coordinate with different teams to collect and verify required information.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Identify trends and provide basic analysis to support business decisions.
Handle ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Positive understanding of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
Knowledge of dashboards/data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, or data management.
Candidates with strong Excel skills and relevant internship experience can also be considered.
