We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Operations Executive to manage daily administrative tasks, maintain records, process documentation, and support the smooth functioning of business operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily back-office and administrative operations.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
Enter, verify, and process data accurately in company systems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.
Manage emails, internal communication, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Verify documents and maintain proper filing systems.




Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Handle confidential company information responsibly.
Support the team in other operational activities as required.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel.
Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
