Role & responsibilities We are looking for a energetic Placement Manager with a strong focus on IT placements. The role involves building relationships with IT companies, generating placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring successful placements.
Develop relationships with IT companies and hiring partners.
Generate placement opportunities for candidates.
Coordinate interviews and campus recruitment drives.
Approach new hiring companies via calls, email, LinkedIn,
and networking.
Collaborate with HR teams on hiring needs.
Prepare candidates for interviews with training teams.
Maintain recruiter and placement databases.
Track KPIs and achieve placement targets.
Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication, networking, IT recruitment knowledge, MS Office, LinkedIn, negotiation, and organizational skills
