We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telecallers for the Referral Sales team of a leading real estate company. The role involves generating leads through referrals, contacting potential customers, explaining real estate projects, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
Generate leads through referral sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
Build customer relationships and improve lead conversion.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HSC / Graduate candidates with relevant experience can apply.
1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, referral sales, or real estate is preferred.
Positive communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-oriented approach with solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
