Job Role
Lead Recent Product Development (NPD) and Production activities for the GSE business at Tankup Engineers Ltd.
Drive product concept creation, engineering solutions, material/component selection, and prototype development.
Collaborate with SCM, production, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries.
Plan and execute production schedules, ensure material availability, and maintain quality standards.
Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Develop vendor capabilities for job work and manage sourcing of bought-out parts.

Key Responsibilities
Production of GSE & ensuring timely deliveries.
Recent Product Development – from concept to prototype.
Vendor capability creation and management.




Coordination with SCM for sourcing and bought-out parts.
