Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Building Construction Works.
Candidates having experience in Government / Institutional / Commercial Building Projects will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Overall planning, execution and management of the construction project.
Preparation and monitoring of detailed work programme and construction schedule.
Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architect, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Supervision and monitoring of civil, structural and finishing works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project progress against milestones and planned schedule.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other resources at site.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
Coordinate inspection, measurements, billing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements at the project site.
Identify construction issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Responsible for timely completion of the project as per contractual requirements.
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 Years – Building Construction with all MEP services
